Jura 21yo 1992 (Wm Cadenheads) Review

Glendronach 1994 18yo PX cask #3547 There's no secret at all about the fact I'm a huge fan of Jura so I was really excited when Barry (@thewhiskyphiles) from The Whiskyphiles dropped of this sample.

This is a really light fruity Jura, and one that i could easily fall in love with a bottle of, very easily drinkable and one that i should have found a bottle of and drank, ach well thats the good thing with whisky, always another bottle out there that you can try.

Thanks to Barry (@thewhiskyphiles) for the sample.

Tasting Notes & Details

Sweetness comes in with tinned fruit salad in a light syrup, those little cherries from the tins coming through strongly, in comes some digestive biscuits and some very lightly toasted white bread, a slight lactic note in there too, some lovely creamy Brie with honey

Sweet tinned fruit salad, with that light syrup and a sprinkling of hot spices, nutmeg and a touch of heat, more lightly toasted white bread.

Pepper and nutmeg gives a spicy finish
