Glentauchers / Scotch Malt Whisky Society

SMWS 63.33 Rich treacly and sumptuous Review

The Scotch Malt Whisky Society Tasted as Part of the Big November List preview evening at Queen street this 63.33 Rich treacly and sumptuous which was one of the couple of ex sherry cask drams i tried..

This dram will be officially launched on Friday 13th November.

Nutty, vinegar tang and quite unusual this is sweet and cloying but totally drinkable, maybe i need to go back to drinking more ex sherry drams afterall.

I'm planning again to get to over 100 The Scotch Malt Whisky Society reviews again in 2015 and this is no26 of that, I may not make it as i've been running behind this year but I will be trying as hard as i can to get there.

You can view all of The Scotch Malt Whisky Society drams i've reviewed in 2014 by clicking here and for all the ones in 2015 by clicking here.

If you are a whisky fan you really should consider joining The Scotch Malt Whisky Society.
