Brothers Hop Cider Review

Brothers Hop Cider When i drink beer, which isn't often, i drink IPA, so when i was offered a sample of a Hopped Cider, i certainly couldn't say no.

The official blurb says "Our hand crafted Pear & Apple Ciders have been blended with the floral flavours of Hersbrucker Hop Extract to create this summer’s ideal refreshment. This delicious cider is best served chilled, over ice with a slice of lemon."

This is easy drinking, very easy drinking and not as beer like as I was expecting, the hop notes could have been stronger, but they do add something different to it.

You can buy direct from the Brothers Cider Online Shop.

Thanks to Brothers Cider for the official sample

Tasting Notes & Details

interesting nose on this, I was expecting IPA style hopped notes, but it's more cereal and vegetation notes, along with a hint of farmyard like notes, then notes of overripe apples

Light and creamy, gentle fresh apple juice, again nowhere near as beer like as I expected, more cereal vegetation and farm like notes, very easy going.

Easygoing, creamy, apples and grassy vegetation notes.
