Hoxton Gin Review

Hoxton Gin Welcome to Day 20 of #GinMonth as I review Hoxton Gin.

I had this gin before and loved it and this time was no different, there's a massive amount of coconut and bitter citrus peel goodness, it really is a cracker of a gin.

Go try one, pop on over to Master of Malt and pick one up now.

Tasting Notes & Details

(straight) coconut is the first note that comes out strong in here with a bitterness underlying thats like citrys fruit peel/zest maybe lime or grapefruit along with hints of herb like notes.

(with tonic) coconut and citrus notes come through strong with more citrus notes and garden fresh herbs coming through.

(straight) coconut, but not sweet coconut, a more bitter coconut with grapefruit and lime zest in the background, very bitter.

(with tonic) sweet and sugary with desicated coconut, and pink grapefruit with juniper beginning to come in now also.

(straight) bitter grapefruit zest.

(with tonic) desicated coconut and grapefruit juice.
